Join Wellness Coach Teri Smith for a 7 Day Nurture in Nature, Turtle Rescue Retreat February 10th-February 17th, 2024 INCLUDED IN PRICE: 7 Nights Accommodations 3 meals a day, options to take 2-4 daily classes with a variety option in formats ranging from Yamuna, Pilates, Yoga, & Meditation classes led by Teri. Transportation from the airport to the Retreat Center and all taxes, tips, and a donation to the Regenerative Trust. OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES ON SITE: Pool, Massage and spa services , Turtle Sanctuary, Orca Watch and permaculture farm OPTIONAL TOURS AND ACTIVITIES ON LOCATION: Surfing, Stand up Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, Bird Watching, Fishing, Snorkeling and Mountain Tour. Food: Playa Viva food is what we would describe as healthy Mexican. We focus on traditional Mexican meals, but we cook with minimal oil and healthy, local ingredients. We strive to get as many organic ingredients as possible and grow as much of our food on site as we can (on our small farm). Farm to table is an aspirational goal for us with the objective that our chef and kitchen team have a direct relationship with the producers of each item on your plate.
