Welcome to Wise Wellness Warriors. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wise Wellness Warriors website (wisewellnesswarriors.com), our digital membership platforms (including Core Warriors, Inner Circle Warriors, and Enlighten Warriors), our live and on-demand classes, and our global retreats (collectively, the "Services") provided by Teri Smith and Wise Wellness Warriors ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to become bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Services.

1. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Wise Wellness Warriors provides movement, wellness, and fitness information, including Pilates, Yamuna Body Rolling, Budokon, and related modalities. These Services are designed for educational and entertainment purposes only.

• Not Medical Advice: You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Consult Your Physician: Always consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program or wellness practice, especially if you have a history of injury, chronic pain, or underlying medical conditions.
• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise involves a risk of physical injury. By participating in our Services (whether online or in-person), you agree that you do so entirely at your own risk. You assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Wise Wellness Warriors and its instructors from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of our Services.

2. Digital Memberships & Subscriptions

By subscribing to our digital studio (e.g., Core Warriors or Inner Circle Warriors), you agree to the following terms regarding billing and access:

• Billing Cycle: Membership fees are billed on a recurring, monthly basis starting from the date of your initial purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account or login information with non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

3. Retreats & Live Events

For those booking domestic or international wellness retreats, specific conditions apply:

• Deposits: All retreat bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit guarantees your placement and is used to secure accommodations and services with our vendors.
• Balance Payments: Full balances are due by the dates specified in your individual retreat booking agreement. Failure to pay the balance may result in the forfeiture of your spot and your deposit.
• Travel & Insurance: You are solely responsible for your own transportation, flights, and travel documents (passports/visas). We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and delays.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to videos, class routines, course materials, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wise Wellness Warriors or its content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any of the materials without our prior written, express consent. Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

5. User Conduct

Our community is built on respect, growth, and connection. When participating in our digital platforms, live streams, or retreats, you agree to interact respectfully with instructors and other members. We reserve the right to terminate the access of any user who engages in harassment, bullying, disruption, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wise Wellness Warriors, Teri Smith, or its affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
