We provide movement in a variety of formates that you can choose from for your party, Pilates, Yoga, Budokon mobility , Breath work and Meditation. Your group can deice which formats they would like to blend or do one format singularly.  

Sound bathing ceremonies include a variety of vibrational and sound tools such as Tibetan and Crystal bowls, tune forks and rain makers. These various healing instruments during a session influences our brain wave frequencies and can help bring the brain to a Theta state within minutes. This is the state that occurs when you are in a profound state of relaxation.  Seasoned meditation practitioners often are in a theta state while meditating.
